Anima and Self
Silence, filled by tension.
Air, thickened by anger.
Air, thickened by anger.
Seething,
electric,
anticipating.
Muscles tensed,
body poised,
eyes locked.
Movement erupts, barely controlled.
Each blow aimed deadly,
each twist, a lease,
each turn, lifesaving.
Furious strikes, desparate need
for death of self or anima.
Mind aching for loneliness.
A blow landed,
a life ended,
oblivion for both.
