After an accident my brother became mentally ill. Most people treat him with trepidation, but he's the most original person I know. Through his eyes, the grass is the ocean, and he is Captain Ahab on a mission for revenge. People get close to him in public parks to admire his blue sailor uniform, and to figure out why he's faking such an extravagant limp. He threw a harpoon at a dog once; it missed the dog's you-know-what by a hair. He also leaves his vomit in the fridge sometimes- bile an all. He even paints on animal crackers.
