Animal Rights Activists- Things that Are Just Plain Annoying in This World Letter A

Animal Rights Activists is the first thing I will be talking about. These people just get on my nerves all the time. Reason being is that they are usually very aggressive and think that you are the devil for eating animals.

If I want to eat meat I will eat meat. There is a reason your body's can digest meat, it's because we were made to eat meat, it's good for us. According to the Animal Rights Activists eating a living thing this is horrible even when animals eat each other, it's part of nature.

I will admit that the one thing Animal Rights Activists are correct about is when humans hunt a animal too much and drive it to extinction. What I disagree with is when they have protests for animals that are not endangered or even close to endangerment. It's the cycle of life, animal eats animal.

There have been many cases where Animal Rights Activists take their cause too far and cause harm to humans or to public property. Just because you want to save a cow doesn't mean you have to threaten or try to shut down a slaughter house. These are factories that provide lots of jobs and food to the American people. If you are a Animal Rights Activists and achieve your goal in shutting down a slaughter house you just stop putting food (yes that includes meat) on many many families tables.

I just think that some Activists forget that humans are more important than animals and people need like to eat meat. As humans we need to regulate what animals we hunt and make sure we don't over hunt a animal but if there are a lot of cows we will kill it for food.

A perfect example of this was shown at Huntingdon Life Sciences when Animal Activists protested in front of people's houses showing pictures of disassembled animals not in the united states. breaking windows, assaulting members of staff, etc, they almost certainly share membership with the activists sending letter bombs, razor blades, etc to biologists at Oxford Uni. They've also picked up an amusing habit of subscribing shareholders, workers and people sharing the names of the above to various mailing lists, ordering goods in their names, and arranging for them to be sent child pornography. So yes, quite a few scientists, and innocent bystanders, have been subject to horrific abuse by "activists".

When we get to the point of people being hurt by activist the line has been crossed and it turns to in my opinion acts of terrorism.

If you agree or disagree please post a comment and I will respond ASAP.

Have a good day.

Animal Rights activists are a bunch of self-righteous narcissistic loonies! I'd be happy to see the more violent elements behind bars and regarded as the criminals they are. I think Animal Rights activists don't care about humans at all. I find their appeals to compassion to be phony and self-serving!

    continuing from last post:
harrass organisations, businesses, and now even the consulates of two countries! I am aware of the whole of the topic they are addressing, and also that they are incorrect in their outlandish statements. When i put the simple facts about the issue forward to them, they immediately turn aggressive in the denial of the truth. So, basically, i aggree with your point of view, and believe that these 'animal activists' should stop terrorising people for not conforming to a standard that they put forth, and begin to focus on HUMAN rights.

I completely agree with you! i am all for animal rights, but these 'animal activists' regularly go too far. They preach about the need to protect animals from violence, while blatantly advocating violence against human beings. They seem to believe that the rights of animals supersede those of humans, and that all humans should lose their freedom of choice as to whether or not they eat meat etc, so long as these 'activists' do not want them to. They also endorse scare tactics and harassment in order to try and make indivduals 'fall in line' with their point of view. Not only do they go about conveying their message in the complete wrong way, but their message is often not correct. They find out half a story, and so long as it involves animals, they run with it, regardless of whether or not it is correct. I personally have a number of acquaintances who call themselves 'animal activists'. They have recently found out half the story behind a particular topic, and have proceeded to harrass
