Animals Gone Wild

They Are Mad As Hell And Just Won't Take It Any More

Stephen Joltin
I don't know what's happening lately. It's just like Animal Farm by George farm by George Orwell. Otherwise friendly animals have had enough of us and have started attacking en mass. Several killer whales, the latest Osaka, a female killer whale at Sea World tried to kill there trainer companion by drowning him. He got away with a very mangled foot but the message seemed clear 'I've had enough, I won't take any more'. There have been several other killer whale attacks on their trainers and handlers. These are the same sea mammals that used to be in the newspaper for saving our lives at sea several decades ago.

There is currently a sea lion in San Francisco Bay who has bitten 14 people and tried to get these swimmers out of the bay by biting, bumping and otherwise making life miserable for the bay swimmers. They used to just pop up and say hello to the swimmers but now things have changed for the worst.

Steve Irwin was killed by a sting ray for no apparent reason. Stingrays just don't attack humans unless we step on them or spear them. Right after the Irwin attack another sting ray jumped into a motor boat and stung the owner in the heart. This can't just be coincidence. The Steve Irwin attack was the first unprovoked attack on record and then to have a second attack almost immediately, what are the odds, one in a billion or more for sure. I used to go to Sea World and pet the sting rays. They love the attention and come over for petting right next to you. It just seams crazy.

The number of major dog attacks which result in death or mauling has seemed to have increased dramatically. They are so common they often don't make the papers anymore. Man's best friend or the Predator Part III, you tell me.

Deer have been charging cars and people in large numbers. I don't mean legitimate traffic accidents I mean truly aggressive behavior. Bear are also attacking more often all over the World. Elephants crush their trainers. Ask Roy from the spectacular Las Vegas hit show, why he was almost killed by his pet tiger who he worked with so many times before.

So what is going on? Are they angry about our polluting the Earth, destroying mother nature and putting up condos, keeping them as pets or in zoos and aquariums. Putting thousands of tons of carbon dioxide in the air and causing a global warming. I just don't know. But don't go into the water or into the forest, don't even go outside. They are there and they are mad as hell and just won't take it no more.

I think people have to realize that these animals are suppose to be in the wild and that they are wild. I talking especially about animals that are kept in cages for entertainment purposes.
