Animals Are People Too!

During the past few months I have been absent from my post due to lack of internet but now I am back online and wish touch the subject of animal abuse and cruelty. The reason I choose this subject is because not too far from the town I live in there was yet another dog fighting ring busted. See in my express opinion your pet is just like a child, it acts in such a way that resembles a child. so thus you should treat your pets as such. I have a seven year old toy beagle and cocker spaniel mix she is a momma's girl no doubt. she gets very overprotective over me. Now dogs are a rare type of companion they sense things, the good, the bad and the ugly things. So we should treat them with as much respect as they treat us and give them a chance to warm up to you as well. No one and I mean no one should treat an animal as badly as I have seen currently. The images on the news report stunned me. How can some one do that to a poor defenseless animal? We act like animals sometimes ourselves and animals act more humane than we do. so next time you look at your pet remember it has feelings to and treat them with care and respect that they deserve not with inhumane behavior.
