Anna Nicole Smith Dead

Anna Nicole Smith, 39, had died. Smith collasped earlier in her South Florida hotel room that she shared with companion Howard K. Stern. Her attorney Ron Rale, confirmed her death to MSNBC Thursday. He also told People that Anna Nicole had not been feeling well for the past few days.

Sources report she was unconcious and unresponsive when found in her hotel room at the Hard Rock Hotel & Casino in Hollywood, Fla. She was rushed to a Florida hospital and later prounounced dead.

Smith has been in the center of an ongoing media circus since the death of her son Daniel. Daniel died in the Bahamas just days after the birth of Anna Nicole's daugher Danielynn. Sources state that at the time of her mother's death, Danielynn was in the bahamas staying with friends of Smith.

Legal woes have plagued the former model over the last several months. She was currently in a legal dispute over her daughter's paternity, and just earlier this week she was name in a class-action law suit against Trim Spa. Anna Nicole worked as spokesperson for the weight loss company.

    What a sad ending to a most colorful life. I hope that someone takes care with that little baby.

    This is so sad. After all she's been through this past year and a new baby. I feel so bad for her family.
