Anna Nicole Smith's psychiatrist and boyfriend found guilty on multiple charges. The two and another doctor, Dr. Kapoor were charged with conspiring to provide prescription drugs illegally to Smith and using false names.

Dr. Kapoor was acquitted on all six charges in the Anna Nicole drug case earlier today. Dr. Eroshevich and Stern will be sentenced in January 2011.

Howard K. Stern was convicted of one count of conspiring to give drugs to Anna Nicole Smith and he is free on bail until his appeal.

Dr. Khristine Eroshevich was convicted of four counts.

Anna Nicole Smith died in a hotel room in Florida in 2007. Dr. Eroshevich was with Smith in the days before her death, but left just hours before Smith died. Anna Nicole Smith died of a drug overdose while Stern was out running errands. A full time nurse in the room did not notice that Smith was not breathing in time to save her.

After her death it came to light that Dr. Kapoor and Dr. Eroshevich were prescribing multiple drugs to Stern and false names used by Stern, knowing that the drugs were meant for Anna Nicole Smith. Smith had been depressed since the death of her 21 year old son Danny almost a year earlier. Danny was visiting Smith at a hospital in the Bahamas after she gave birth to a baby girl, DannieLynn. Danny fell asleep in a chair in the hospital room and never woke up.
Danny died of a drug overdose, one year later, his mother, Anna Nicole Smith would also be dead of a drug overdose.

Anna Nicole Smith whose real name is Vicki Lynn Marshall became famous because of her modeling career and marriage to wealthy oil tycoon, J. Howard Marshall ll. Smith who resembled Marilyn Monroe, sued Marshall's estate after his death for her inheritance. When the case is settled, DannieLynn Birkhead will receive the inheritance.

Anna Nicole Smith's boyfriend, Howard K. Stern and her psychiatrist were found guilty on multiple charges because they were so heavily involved with the Playboy model. Dr. Eroshevich spent a lot of time with Anna Nicole Smith, including on the vacation to Florida when she died. Dr. Eroshevich knew exactly what drugs Anna Nicole had consumed the day she died. Neither Dr. Eroshevich nor Howard K. Stern were charged in Smith's death.

Anna Nicole had a history of drug use and trying to kick the habit. After the death of her son, she tried to marry Stern but the ceremony was not official. Both Stern and Smith claimed that he was the father of DannieLynn until DNA proved that Larry Birkhead was the biological father.

Dr. Eroshevich and Stern will be sentenced on the charges that they were found guilty of in January of 2011.
