Anne Hathaway's Boyfriend is in Jail for Allegedly Passing Bad Check
$25,000 "Bad Paper" Not First Criminal Act
FilmyFair online has published an article titled "Anne Hathaway's Boyfriend, Raffaelo Follieri, Got Arrested for $25,000." In this article we find out that Follieri was arrested because he tried to pass a $25,000 bad check. Further, we find out that this is not the first time that Follieri was in legal trouble with respect for money.
One other time he was in trouble for spending about $250,000 that was supposed to be used for business promotion.
Ah well Anne has money, right?
If I were Anne that thought might be crossing my mind but I'm not sure I think she is thinking that.
I have watched Anne Hathaway ever since she was in the "Princess Diaries." I remember feeling exactly like a critic said and that was she "hit a homer." Further, she did well in "Princess Diaries 2."
As she got older she showed just how talented she was in "Ella Enchanted." She is a top-ranked soprano and can dance.
However she did get away from the "family-friendly" shows by going topless.
In fact one must wonder if getting boyfriends like Raffaelo Follieri isn't a bit of a rebel note as well. She started out as a squeaky-clean girl and didn't want that image.
In fact she was mentored by Julie Andrews whose career started as that of a family-friendly woman and she made up for that by going topless as well.
Getting back to Raffaelo Follieri we find that it is more than just being thrown in jail and removed. He is in jail. He is serving time.
On an even sadder note Anne Hathaway was very much in love with him but it was apparently a guide on his part. Her letters are now part of the FBI's investigation.
It simply shows that talent acting out the affairs of the heart doesn't give one talent about the affairs of the heart.
