Along with autumn leaves and football come Oktoberfest celebrations. This year, the Oktoberfest Anniversary Party will be held at Royal Oak Farmer's Market on Saturday, Oct. 16.
This is the third annual celebration and is being held as part of a joint fundraiser for both the Royal Oaks Farmer's Market and the Royal Oak Historical Society. Doors open at 6:00 p.m. Admission is $6; children 10 years and under get in free.
Music, food and a silent auction are all part of the scheduled events, which offer not only a fun night out but also an opportunity to help two great associations. If you need more information, you can contact Shirley Mazur at 248-246-3079.
