Another Green Car from REVA

Maini Reva the Indian based electric car manufacturer is planning to roll out another new green car with advanced battery technology. Along with the new model, the company also plans to set up another unit for manufacturing.

The new model will be powered by lithium-ion based battery which will offer better performance and also can be recharged with in an hour.

Reva has sold more than 500 cars till date and by 2009 aims to sell 1000 electric cars and 4,000 by 2010 out of which half will be exported.

It is also concentrating on expanding its dealership network across the country. Currently company has showroom in Delhi and Bangalore and sales outlets in cities like Pune and Hyderabad.

REVA will be also seen in15 major cities via Reliance Digital by 2009 end. It is also working on the solar powered electric cars thus expanding its product line in India as well as overseas.
