A Simple Way to Read Without Having to Change Screens

Carlos Rix
I have been reading a lot more lately for I want to improve my writing skills and reading, for sure, is the best way to get there. I read everything: magazines, books, the Bible, AC, CNN, BBC, you name it.

Now, when it comes to reading here at AC it is sometimes a little tedious to go from screen to screen when the text is somewhat long. Like, I was reading Gregoriancant, almost nothing he writes is less than three pages long. And some of my own writing is like six AC pages long, check New Fire for Modern Men and Women on CJing.

I found a way to get around that, it is actually very simple. Well, what I do is: I click on PRINT above my target text, as if I would print the text but I do not. (Save a trees, do not print anything unless it is really necessary!) Great, a new window will open with the whole text in it! On its right you have the scrollbar, right? Very good, there you are! Now in that screen you may read the whole text you want without having to change screens.

It is handy and saves clicks, time and bandwidth.

Don't forget when you finish reading to close the pop up window and go click on the grading stars according to you wish, ok?

:)
