You're left in the middle with anxiety and strife.
Making you promises he may never keep.
Stolen moments and motels you always feeling cheap.
He'll probably tell you he loves you, and how you make him feel.
Saying all the right things, in your heart you think is real.
You may never wise up, end up married to this man.
Still, if he cheated and lied once, won't he probably do it again?
Don't do to another, what you don't want done to you.
Life is one big circle, your past can haunt on you.
