Vince's Pasta & Pizza
The most popular and populous local chain of pizza shops, Vince's Pasta & Pizza is a popular, three-location chain of pizza shops serving a nice pizza with a flavorful sauce. It's the clean, robust flavor that makes Vince's pizza good. The three Vince's locations form a triangle across the Antelope Valley with one shop in Quartz Hill, one in Lancaster and another in Palmdale.
The chain is not strong on specialty pizzas and Vince's Pasta & Pizza doesn't offer either feta cheese or spinach.
In terms of thickness, Vince's crust is an average, California crust - in between "thin crust" and "pan".
The large pizza at Vince's can serve three people and a three topping large will cost you less than twenty dollars.
Round Table Pizza
Round Table Pizza has one location in the Antelope Valley serving up on of the valley's thicker pizza crusts. Round Table offers more toppings than any other pizza shop with spinach, zucchini, and many more goodies on the menu.
The thickness of the crust at Round Table can result in a bready pizza from time to time, but overall this shop makes a consistently high quality pizza.
The prices at Round Table are close to those at Vinces and a large pizza will feed three people.
Gezziny's Pizza
Gezziny's Pizza is another small chain local to the Antelope Valley. The most singular and impressive pizza's of the AV can be found at Gezziny's, where a thin style crust is cooked until crisp.
Gezziny's is a greasier pizza than either Round Table or Vince's Pizza, and saucier. A large Gezziny's pizza will feed two people well.
RigaTony's Pizza
If you live on the west side of the Antelope Valley you may be familiar with RigaTony's Pizza, a single location pizza shop in Quartz Hill serving up a California crust pizza and offering a wide variety of toppings.
RigaTony's is cheaper than all the pizza shops on this list and probably the least saucy too.
