Anti-Aging Total Body Daily Defense Liquid Soft-Gels Product Review
Not Been Evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration
A couple of months ago I picked up a box containing Anti-Aging Total Body Daily Defense Soft-Gels. I believe it was from Walgreens drugstore, and with the sale price, and register coupons, I only paid a dollar or two, instead of $11.99, for 50 soft-gels.
I always wonder if anti-aging products, whether creams or pills, really work. However this was a deal I couldn't refuse. It states to take 2 soft-gels daily, but I noted that it has fish oil in it, and as I already take that as a supplement, I decided to take 1 in the morning.
The box is striking. At the top is states that it is 'Doctor Developed - Longevity Formula. They are liquid soft-gels. It is for the heart, memory, vision, antioxidants. Under Anti-Aging Total Body Daily Defense is has, 'CoQ10. Vitamin D3, Resveratrol, Green Tea, Ginkgo, Lutein, Omega 3 Oils'.
I took the bottle out of the box, and it is big, but when I took the lid off, the bottle was barely half full. The liquid soft-gels are brown. They are very easy to slide down with or without water.
What I really love about them is that you don't get that fish taste, coming back to haunt you throughout the day. That is one reason I have to carefully choose my fish oil supplements.
I have taken 49 of the Anti-Aging Total Body Daily Defense Liquid Soft-Gels, and am unable to say whether they have helped me, or not. I haven't noticed an improvement in my memory, I sometimes forget the odd thing, but that is natural at age 63. I eat heart healthy food, take a fish oil daily, have extra Vitamin D, to go with the calcium I need for my osteoporosis.
All in all I think that I pretty much cover many of the dietary supplements that are in this product.

I am going to continue with my Multi-Vitamin with Lutein, calcium with Vitamin D, fish oil, and tums. I eat lots of fruit, vegetables, salad, white turkey and chicken, and exercise in excess. I feel that I am doing the best I can for me.
I will keep my money in the bank, and not purchase Anti-Aging Total Body Daily Defense Liquid Soft-Gels.
