Antionette's Bath House "Bottom of the Cake 'The Other Woman' Bath Bomb"

I was looking for alernative Bubble bath products than the pricey Lush and Bath and Body works.I spoke to the vender and she gladly sent me a basket ful of her best sellers for a reasonable price so I could try all of them and give them a review.

The first item I tried was "The Other Woman Bottom of the Cup Cake Bubble Bar" this bright purple bar is studded with disolvable pearls and dried flowers.

When I was told I could cut it in half and use it for two baths I was stoked. So I started filled my bath halfway and then put my half a cake in the bath.

Soon the water turned an beautiful violet color and the scent softly perfumed the air and bubbles began to cover the top of the water

.I left the bathroom to go get my water bottle and portable heater. When I came back I was kind of dissapointed to see only half the tub was filled with somewhat of a thin layer of bubbles.

I consulted my fiance and he said "Maybe it is our water, throw the whole thing in. " So sadly I threw the whole cake in.

It got a few more bubbles in it but nothing like the bubbles that I have gotten from my homemade concoctions or the Lush Bubble bars. I have to say I am not dissapointed though.

The scented water, the beautiful color, the softening agents made for a relaxing bath that left me feeling perfumed but not overpoweringly so.

My skin was softened enough to shave without cream and I didn't feel the need to rinse off after my bath like other bath products.

The pearls were fun but by the end of my bath were not yet dissolved which was annoying when they had to be cleaned out of my drain trap.

By the end of a 20 minute soak the bubbles were exstinct. However a plus was that there was absolutely no staining of my tub despite the heavily dyed product.

I give this a 4/5 I would only hope that it could have a little more bubble power. Other than that I will be buying it again and reccomending it.
