Anti-terrorism like Foreign Policy

cccc
The United States has adopted completely new a foreign policy. It has elevated to the fight against the terrorism to greater of the all the priorities, changing basic premises of the American foreign policy. This policy implies the formation of a new antiterrorist alliance with Russia, China and India, as well as with NATO, Japan and other countries that collaborate.

This alliance of great powers in favor of an international order had not been seen from mid century XIX, when the threat came from liberal revolutionaries, instead of fanatical terrorists. The new foreign policy hits the old priorities, or with respect to the human rights with respect to China, or the anti-missile defense, that no longer can be imposed to Russia.

This revolution in the foreign policy took place immediately of spontaneous way after the 11 of September.

The first target of the new policy and the new alliance talibán of good part of Afghanistan will be the governors, in addition to the network of Osama Bin Laden. The strategy is to trust the paquistaní cooperation, to end the ammunition flow to talibán. At the same time, the United States and Russia will cooperate to increase the military provisions to the Alliance of the North, that is still the Afghan Government internationally recognized, even though only controls a fraction of their territory.
