Anxiety natural remedies include herbs, homeopathics and essential oils. However, the most effective remedy is meditation, which is a relaxation technique. Supplements provide limited results which may wear off after certain time periods. This is because most supplements are a band-aid rather than cure.

Relaxation Therapy

Anxiety natural remedies which combine supplements and meditation are much more successful in reliving anxiety, long-term. Anxiety comes from emotions which are generated by thoughts. In meditation, the brain learns to rest from ceaseless activity known as monkey mind.

Blood flows to cells and receive oxygen and nutrients while meditating. Many athletes and sports professionals employ meditation methods for improved concentration. Studies find a direct correlation between concentration exercises (meditation) and performance level of sports professionals.

Meditation Benefits:

*Decreases respiratory rate
*Increases blood flow and slows heart rate
*Leads to deeper levels of relaxation
*Normalizes blood pressure
*Reduces anxiety attacks by lowering levels of blood lactate
