Anyone Seen the President???
Ahh, Don't Interupt Him He's Busy
Why do I sound so bitter over this? I'll explain. It seems that Obama really doesn't let to much get to him. By this I mean information on current emergencies that happen inside the U.S. Case in point the shootings at Fort Hood were on the back burner because he was in the spotlight where he spends most of his time, rather than consoling and reassuring a Nation that he is on the job whether an attack on soldiers in garrison or an attempted terrorist explosion on board an airplane flying over the United States.
By the way, Thanks to President Obama for acknowledging the current incident on flight 253 to Detroit as a terrorist act without being scripted as in the Fort Hood shootings because I know how hard it can be distinguishing the two. The main thing here is that the President's Christmas wasn't interrupted by such things like this.
For the liberals who want to crucify me for feeling this way, get over it! It's his job. Terrorist obviously don't take the season off just as our troops didn't. Yes there is more to the Presidency than pushing a health care disaster down our throats.

Post a CommentThe health reform plan is a noble effort that will result in higher insurance premiums for everyone. Obama has made real strides for world peace by attempting to persuade China and Russia to change their positions with regard to Iran and North Korea. Such a bold step has not been taken since the days of the Nixon-Kissinger team. Many people have not listened to the most resourceful Republican of all: Newt Gingrich. I'm glad Obama listened! If McCain had chosen Newt Gingrich as his running mate, the election results would have been very different. The Republicans would have won more states.
