With our purchase of four of these monitors, all came through shipping in perfect condition, there are no dead or stuck pixels on any of the monitors, and I have to say, I love doing my work on this monitor and the kids love them too for their games and homeschool. We have had these monitors for over four months now and have had to issues with them. The screen is bright and is adjustable also, even though our monitors are all set at 50% brightness.
The only con I have with the AOC 1619Sw1 Widescreen Monitor is the angle of view. From side to side it isn't bad, but because of my disability my monitor is set on a desk mount swing arm so I can work from bed. When I lay down to watch a show, I have to pitch the monitor at a steep downward angle because watching the monitor from an angle lower than straight on, the dark area's get that metallic look often seen in cheaper monitors or monitors with narrow viewing angles. However, the side to side angle is beautiful, even at a wide angle.
The specs on the AOC 1619Sw1 are as follows:
Screen Size: 15.6 inches
Display Area: 344.2mm x 193.5mm
Pixel Pitch: 0.252mm
Display Colors: 16.7 million
Display Format: 16:9 Wide LCD

Horizontal Viewing Angle: 90 degrees
Vertical Viewing Angle: 65 degrees

Unit Dimensions (WxHxD): 14.9" x 9.8"x 2.0"
Dimensions With Stand: 14.9" x 11.85" x 6.46"
Unit Weight: 6.93 lbs

All in all, the AOC 1619Sw1 16" Widescreen LCD Monitor is an excellent purchase for us, and at $80 it has exceeded my greatest expectations, and I would buy more if I had the need for more budget monitors.
