Are you apartment hunting in Sunnyvale? It can be a tedious mission, but if you are looking for a one or two bedroom vacation spot, then Riverdeck Apartments is right for you. I took a tour of the complex yesterday and it was beautiful. Every apartment has a view of their man-made lake and swimming ducks. Yes, real ducks! There are small fountains that circulate the water and attract the ducks. The apartment I looked at was on the second level and through the two sliding glass doors; I had a beautiful, relaxing view of the ducks swimming around. The access stairs all face towards the parking area, so there is no access to the lake from the apartments. I like that, especially being a Mom of the two small children. Each apartment has a fenced in deck perfect for sitting and relaxing by the water. The decks are nice and large enough for a couple of patio chairs and a little table for beverages. There is even room for you to store your bicycles out there.
They do allow pets, but have a 20 pound limit on dogs. If you have a smaller dog, or cat, and are looking for clean, beautiful apartment living at a reasonable price, then check out Riverdeck Apartments at 1180 Reed Ave in Sunnyvale, CA. Contact them at (408) 244-5636 or email riverdeck@comcast.net.
