ASPEN VILLAGE

Aspen Village, located at 5416 50th, are now under new management. They feature central air and heat, ceiling fans, plenty of storage, internet access, updated kitchens and fireplaces in select apartments, dishwashers, clothing care centers, swimming pool and free gym membership with lease. They also allow pets, are cable ready and have disability access.

The deposit required is $100. Monthly rent is $450 for a one bedroom and one bath, $575 for a two bedroom and one and half to two baths, $695 for a three bedroom and two baths. Town Houses and Studio Apartments are $600 a month for a two bedroom and one and a half bath.

SAGEWOOD

Sagewood, located at 5917 67th Street, features covered parking, fitness center, hot tub, on-site laundry facilities, two swimming pools, walk-in closets in select units and washer and dryer connections.

Pets are welcome are as long as they are older than six months and less than twenty-five pounds. The deposit for pets is $250. They also require a non-refundable $250 pet fee and a pet rent of $15 a month.

The application fee is $35. Security deposits are $200 for a one bedroom, $250 for a two bedroom, $300 for a three bedroom, $200 for roomates and they require no security deposit for those serving in the Military.

UNIVERSITY FOUNTAINS
