If you can open a can, you can make this crowd pleasing dip. It just takes a couple of minutes to whip up this yummy appetizer. If you want to reduce the fat, scoop off the hardened fat from the top of the Chili. You can even substitute light cheese. If you prefer beans, then add a can of Chili with beans. If you won the Chili Cook Off, then by all means add your homemade chili instead.
Ingredients:
Cream Cheese- One block 8 oz
Shredded Cheddar Cheese - at least 2 Cups
No Bean Chili- One Can 15 oz
In a glass baking dish layer the ingredients- Spread Cream Cheese on the bottom, next add the Chili, and top with the shredded cheese.
Bake at 350F for 30 Minutes or until cheese is melted
Serve with Tortilla Chips or Crackers
