Easy appetizers for your next Christmas party:

Chicken Salad Cups

1 lb chicken salad,

24 small wonton wrappers

Preheat oven to 350, Place one wrapper in each small muffin tin. bake for 5-7 minutes. remove from oven let cool, spoon in chicken salad.

ENJOY

Stuffed Mushrooms

12 medium mushrooms

1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese

3 TBSP italian seasoned bread crumbs

2/3 cup prepared pesto sauce

1/2 cup mozzarella cheese

preheat oven to 400, Twist stems off of the mushrooms, place caps on an ungreased baking sheet,

Combine pesto, parmesan cheese, breadcrumbs in a small bowl, fill mushcroom caps with pesto mixture, sprinkle with Mozzarella cheese, bake 8-10 minutes or until filling is hot and bubbly. Serve immediately.

Fruit Dip

Combine one 8 oz package of cream cheese with 1 small jar of marshmallow creme.

Combinations of the berry mixed cream cheeses are also great with this dip.

Stuffed Tomatoes

1 pkg of cherry tomatoes

1 8 oz pkg cream cheese

1/4 cup chopped pecans

Mix cream cheese and pecans together, let set. Core the tomatoes and fill with the cream chese mixture.

Marinated Shrimp

1/2 cup italian dresing

1 can chopped green chiles

1 1/2 tsp honey

1 lb medium cooked shrimp

In a bowl combine the first 3 ingredients, stir in the shrimp, cover and let marinate in the refrigerator for about 2 hours. Remove from refrigerator and place in cocktail glasses

Sprinkle with lemon juice before serving

Pigs in a blanket

1 pkg cocktail smokies

1 pkg crescent rolls

preheat oven to 375, Cut crescent triangles in to 4 pieces, Wrap one smokie with one cut crescent piece, arreange in one layer on a baking sheet,

Bake for 10-14 minutes or until crescent is golden brown.

Stuffed Jalapenos

12 Jalapenos seeded

1 8oz pkg cream cheese

1 clove garlic minced

3 tsp pimentos

Combine cream cheese, garlic, and pimentos. Stuff mixture in jalapenos.
