4 Boneless Pork Chops
1 Can Apple Pie Filling
1/2 Cup Dried Cranberries
To Taste Salt
To Taste Pepper

Directions for Apple Cranberry Pork Chops

Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Spray a nine inch by five inch glass pan with cooking spray.

Rub both sides of each boneless pork chop with salt and pepper to taste. Insert the pork chops into the glass pan.

Open the can of apple pie filling. Pour over the pork chops, making sure they are evenly coated.

Sprinkle on the dried cranberries.

Bake for thirty minutes or until the inside of the pork is no longer pink.

This is an easy and quite festive dinner idea!
