Apple Grape Salad

This yummy Apple Grape Salad is perfect for family get-togethers, parties, potluck dinners or even a snack on a Sunday afternoon. There are few ingredients required and the fruit can be found in most grocery stores throughout the year. Adults and children alike will enjoy a decadent salad that is not only delicious but is good for your health as well.

2 cups red grapes
2 granny smith apples
1 package cream cheese, softened
1 cup marshmallow fluff
1/2 cup orange juice

Wash the grapes and apples in cool water to remove any grime or pesticides. Add 2 tablespoons of baking soda to the water to help clean the fruit and eliminate any chemicals.

Slice the grapes in half using a sharp knife. Core the apple and remove the seeds. Dice the apple into small bite sized pieces. Place the sliced grapes and apples into a medium sized bowl.

In a separate bowl, mix the softened cream cheese, marshmallow fluff and orange juice until the ingredients are smooth and creamy.

Pour the dressing over the grapes and apples. Refrigerate the salad for at least 1 hour prior to serving.

** Add mandarin oranges for even more flavor.
