Todays globe is highly parametrised with variable fronts of technology and development.This has eventually formulated the theory of bridging virtuality with the reality.
Early man had materialised logics which lead to the creations of products,ranging from Shelter to transportations,transportations to the growing economy and the lead to the creations of magnificent structures and products into remarkable icons.
But,this no longer survived the globalisation... this was were the development of high end science and mathematics were recognised and validated by many across the earth.The simple mistake of " Value "
Does a product have a value if its quality to the cost factor increases ? well ,this is simple mathematics...Value = Quality / Cost and if the Quantity of Quality reduces comparing to its cost,eventually brings the value down and the vice-versa.
Thus,Engineering & Management blended together brought the concept of VALUE BASED ENGINEERING CONCEPTS.
Many creations of human remain still mysterious,leaning tower of pisa,the Eifel tower,the great wall of china etc....
what would be the factor of saftey imparted to these giant structures,were they perfectly designed so as to over come the devasting natural calamities and catestrophies,......this is when the introduction of virtual engineering came into existense.
The high end mathematical concepts like Algebra,Geometry,Trigonometry,CALCULUS,Matrices,Binomial Distributions had contributed a lot towards the creations of todays CAD ( Computer Aided Design ) , CAM ( Computer Aided Manufacturing) & CAE ( Computer Aided Engineering ) taking shapes through computer programming languages like C,C++,FORTRAN,JAVA,PYTHON & other numerical controlled Codings.
well ! this does not really mean that an eligible engineer need to master all these technologies at a count,as these programming languages had converted the entire laborious hand calculations mere at the tip of the finger.
Todays Aerospace,Automotive,Heavy structural,Industrial,Biomedical,Ship manufacturing,and everything on the surface of earth till the vast extra terrestrial signals are being monitored by the virtual technology.
The proper implementation of this technology at the right moment by the right person could always prove to be a highly value oriented service,reducing the manpower,time and the raw material wastage occuring in every regions of the world,either construction or product development.
Method : The three dimensional component developed in the computer does not require any raw maerial as such,since the methodology itself is virtual.
Benefits : The product can very well be created and assembled in the virtual environment of the computer,that could give the person a good idea,about the placements,positioning and the over all weight of the component including the bill of material producing an approximate investment.Moreover this methodology could also avoid any serious or fatal errors during construction or manufacturing avoiding the cost borne over Labour,over heads and other expenses.
The component can also be checked for failure and maximum load bearing capacities and other overdesigns,by virtually awarding the proper material properties and the original boundary conditions to the virtual model.
The fatal accidents occuring in the Aerospace or Automotive components like the Aircrafts,satellites,cars,vehicles etc could be virtually tested for crash,aerodynamics and other modes of failures,inside the virtual environment.
Hence,todays world has slowly started following the principles of science,properly implementing it in the form of virtual products through the cutting edge technology and has survived immense challenges in the global business and nation deveolpment.
