Garlic powder

1 12oz jar apricot jam
2 tablespoons soy sauce
1/4 tablespoon ginger
1 tablespoon mustard
1/2 cup apple cider vinegar
6 chicken breasts

Season chicken with garlic powder and let stand. Cook onion in oil until tender, and then add the rest of the ingredients. Let cool. Spray baking dish with cooking spray. Put about 1/2 cup of the sauce in first, then lay chicken breasts on top. Cover chicken breasts with rest of sauce. Bake about 45 minutes at 350, baste once.
