Aqua biking is an easy sport to practice
Aqua biking is a sport which is open to all levels. Like other sports, aqua biking has levels of difficulty. The bike used of aqua biking is equipped with a system that adjusts the level of resistance of the bicycle to your own likings. As the aqua bike is a softer type of bike than that used on roads, the exercise becomes enjoyable and provides effort without difficulty. In water, you do not feel the thermal stress due to the heat generated by the body during exercise.
An excellent sport
Cycling is an already recognised sport which is excellent for legs and abs. The highlight of aqua biking is that it gives you a better silhouette without experiencing any pain. It helps strengthen the lymphatic and venous system and fights against water retention and cellulite. As you will see your legs will get refined. Another positive point to obtain a better shape is that the act of pedalling in water causes a movement of water mass to your buttocks, legs, thighs and lower belly. So, the more you move, the massage will be more effective and when pedalling hard you will obtain a smoother skin. It is noted that you will loose between 300 and 500 calories per session.
Aqua biking is good for morale
When done in a group aqua biking improves motivation. This is done in group meeting accompanied by music. The music together with the fact that you are seeing others doing it will improve your motivation. Alone with the trainer, the training is probably more intense. It is so enjoyable that whether being in a group or alone the session will pass quickly. A session will be highlighted with different aqua biking positions such as acceleration and stretching. This sport is definitely good for your morale. So let's go aqua biking!
