Aquamarine Shampoo and Conditioner by Revlon

Zachary Fruhling
Growing up with my mother and sister, and being married now, I have had the opportunity to try most every variety of shampoo and conditioner at one time or another. And after thirty years of (mostly) daily hair-washing, the old standbys of Aquamarine shampoo and conditioner by Revlon are still my favorite varieties of shampoo and conditioner. While Aquamarine shampoo and conditioner are a little hard to find nowadays, they are still available from online drugstore retailers and discount department stores.

There are two main reasons why Aquamarine shampoo and conditioner are my favorite varieties of shampoo and conditioner. The most important reason is the very pleasant scent that the Aquamarine hair care products have. The Aquamarine shampoo and conditioner have a very pleasant and clean, fresh scent that is quite wonderful during a morning shower. While this may be a tad subjective, the Aquamarine scent is a scent that I have been familiar with since childhood, so in that sense the Aquamarine shampoo and conditioner are as American for me as the proverbial apple pie.

The second important characteristic shared by the Aquamarine shampoo and conditioner is the ease with which Aquamarine rinses out of one's hair. For some reason my hair has as uncanny way of holding on to hair products, making it difficult to rinse them from my hair entirely. Aquamarine shampoo and conditioner both rinse out of my difficult hair quite easily, which is important to me because it speeds up my morning shower. Other brands of shampoo and conditioner do not seem to rinse out of my hair as easily as Aquamarine shampoo and conditioner, so Aquamarine is the clear choice for me, especially given the added benefit of its clean, fresh scent.

As mentioned above, it can actually be quite difficult to find Aquamarine shampoo and conditioner in the average drugstore. For some reason, many stores choose not to carry this classic shampoo despite the fact that it is still being produced. I have had good luck finding Aquamarine online at such sites as Drugstore.com. And once in a while I am able to find Aquamarine at discount stores such as Big Lots. Occasionally I find another version of Aquamarine shampoo and conditioner that is produced and labeled for the Mexican economy, but a quick note of warning is in order since this is not the same product that American consumers will be familiar with (and it fails both in the scent category and the easy-of-rinse category). So it may take a little effort to track down some Aquamarine shampoo and conditioner, but if you have not had the pleasure of trying this classic combination of hair care products, then give yourself a treat and pick up some Aquamarine.
