Aquazoom Car Wash has an extensive menu of interior and exterior cleaning options. The basic cleaning cost $6, and there are several other options, each adding more detailed and thorough services, the highest being priced at over $20. Aquazoom also does hand waxing and carpet cleaning, which cost about $50 each.
Each cleaning begins with a drive through car wash and then moves onto the interior cleaning and detailing area where the staff does all the work for you. There is a lounge area inside, with vending machines and coffee available for customers while they wait.

Staff
When we arrived at Aquazoom we were greeted by very friendly staff. They quickly took our cleaning request and got us moving through the line. The workers that did tires and dried off the remaining water and soap after moving through the car wash worked quickly and kept the process moving smoothly.
After we were finished with the drive through car wash, we headed to the interior cleaning area. When we got out of the car we noticed that there were scratches and scraped off paint on the driver side of the car. We showed this to one of the staff members and they tried to tell us that it must have been like that before we went through the car wash. Of course we knew that it wasn't and were very upset.
The job the staff did on the inside of the car wasn't any more pleasing. They failed to wipe cleaner from the windows and windshield, so there were streaks and dried drip marks all over. They didn't dust the dash or clean the cup holders.
Overall Impression of Aquazoom Car Wash
There are plenty of services to choose from at Aquazoom and the customer lounge is a nice place to wait while the staff cleans your vehicle. Unfortunately that is the only good thing I can say about Aquazoom Car Wash.
The truth is, from my experience, the staff that did the interior cleaning did not do a good job and were dishonest and condescending. I was not pleased. I will not return to Aquazoom in the future.

Post a CommentIn response to your comment about the paint. It was a significant amount of paint that was taken off the car during the wash, and although that may happen at any car wash, it was the way we were treated by the staff when we brought it to their attention that was upsetting. In general if I go to any place for a service, whether that be a car wash, restaurant or any place else, if I am treated with disrespect and do not receive quality service I will not continue going back hoping it will get better. There are plenty other places I can go for better service. This review is not to say that everyone will have the same experience as I did, it is purely MY review based on MY personal experience. And I did mention the other staff in this article that were polite and helpful, so it was not a purely negative review of Aqua Zoom. Sorry if you found it offensive.
Firstly, to your point about the paint...that can happen at ANY car wash, besides the fact a clean car can suddenly expose dings/dents/scratches you didn't notice before.
Secondly, how many times did you go before writing this review. Once? I think that would be an unfair number in which to judge a place. If a place is truly 'bad', then it will be bad on repeat visits, would you agree?
I have been to this place 3 times, and had everything from the Full Show Car detail all the way to the quick drive-thru, and each time, expectations were met or exceeded.
Go back and try this place two more times. If your experience remains the same as this review, then state that. However, if the second two times you go, things are different, append your review.
