In order to find the best sunscreen it is important to understand what sunscreen should do. A good sunscreen should protect against both UVB rays, which cause sunburns, and UVA rays, which danger's can result in more permanent damage to the skin such as cancer, sun spots, and premature aging. Sunscreens work by either using an organic chemical to absorb ultraviolet light or an opaque material to emit light or both of these. Unfortunately, both these agents can combine be too harsh for certain individuals and cause rashes to occur. This is where it becomes tricky for parents of toddlers and infants to find an effective sunscreen that is not to harsh. I have tried several types of sun screen and have decided that Arbonne Baby Care Sunscreen is the best screen around.
I would have never thought to try Arbonne Baby Care Sunscreen except I was given this product as a baby gift when I had my daughter. The gift giver had enclosed a card saying how the sunscreen stayed on even after dry-offs, I admit I was very skeptical about how this product would perform.
When I first started to apply Arbonne Baby Care Sunscreen, I could tell there was something different about it. Instead of freely running out of the bottle like most lotions, it was easier to control the flow of the sunscreen. The reason that is important is because no parent wants to drench themselves in sunscreen just to apply it to their children. Most sunscreens allow too much lotion to come out of the bottle. This leaves mom or dad with an excess about of lotion in their hands that can not be applied to their child's skin. This means the parent will have to waste the lotion by wiping it on a towel. Another important factor with Arbonne Baby Care Sunscreen is that is thicker than most other children's sunscreens. This means its easier to ensure lotion goes exactly where mom or dad wants it. Arbonne Baby Care Sunscreen's thicker lotion means that it is much easier to rub into the child's skin.
Arbonne Baby Care Sunscreen is also less greasy than the other sunscreen available on the market. So your hand will not feel dirty after you apply the sunscreen. My favorite characteristic about Arbonne Baby Care Sunscreen is that it does not require multiple applications. You can apply it once and not have to re-apply every time your child towels off. This is helpful so that you aren't spending your whole day constantly re-applying the sunscreen. Another favorite characteristic is it is gentle on the sensitive skin. Neither my infant daughter or my son with severely sensitive skin that is prone to develop rashes, have had a single problem with this lotion.
There are only two minor disadvantages to Arbonne Baby Care Sunscreen. The first is since it is sold by Arbonne, you must have a consultant to purchase through. If you do not have one already, it is easy enough to go to Arbonne's website and locate one there. The second disadvantage is the price. A six ounce container of Arbonne Baby Care Sunscreen cost $22.00. This is not inexpensive, but it is important to mention that you will not use as much much it is thicker and not runny like the cheaper sunscreens.
I am not the only fan of Arbonne Baby Care Sunscreen. I have let a friends try it out when they forgot their lotions and every one of them wanted to know where they could purchase it. I definitely feel that Arbonne Baby Care Sunscreen is the best children's sunscreen for summer!
