Are You Always Rushing?

Do you notice that the more you rush, the more you make mistake. The more you rush, the more you are late. What's worst is the more you rush, the more you forget things. In a busy world we live in everybody is in a fast phase, that is why I admire those people that are always relax and calm. No rushing means no stressing for them.

Here are some tips to avoid rushing:

1. Rushing makes a lot of tension for us. It is also a cause of health problems. So, don't rush. Punctuality helps you avoid rushing, so always be punctual.

2. The Murphy's Law is in action. When things go wrong, it seems it will be a chain effect. More things will go wrong! Negative elements attracts negative energy. So, let's not rush.

3. If we don't rush then there is no tension, we can think better, work better and look better!

4. Rushing is bad because it messes up your whole day and causes stress.

5. When you rush you feel like there is no time to rest.

6. Rushing only upsets your day, only makes you feel panicky and uncomfortable.

7. Always have enough time to do all that you need to do. Do forward planning.

8. Accept that delay is out of your control and always forgive and understand the situation.

9.Take a deep breath, relax and slow down.

10. Don't put too much pressure on your self because it will just cause a lot of stress, worry and illness.

11. Try to live a slow so you can balance up with the hectic full time work.

12. Know that rushing can cause wrinkles, tension and heart attack.

13. Rushing can also elevate your tension and increase your blood pressure.

14. Rushing is caused by a lack of preparation, lack of discipline and lack of priorities.

15. Planning ahead and forecasting bottlenecks is a way to avoid rushing.

Remember, it's better to finish everything ahead of time so that you'll have more time to rest and you'll end the day feeling relaxed.
