Ronald Franks
If you do not yet realize that you are an expert on something and know what that something is, then take heart, as this article was written specifically for you. Evidence will be given convincing you that in fact, you must be an expert at something; and then you will be provided with tips which can guide you in discovering exactly what that something is.

We must start our journey with agreement as to what an expert is. Webster's New World's dictionary gives us this definition which shall suffice for our discussion: an expert is "one who is very skilled or well informed in some special field." Wow, using this simple definition has moved us 80% of the distance we are going to travel here! Why, because you are one who is very skilled or well informed in some special field(s). How to discover the special field(s) in which you are skilled or well informed, is going to be the focus of the remaining 80% of this discussion. And it is going to be in the form of tips you can use to discover these fields for yourself.

Tips to discovering the fields in which you are an expert:

* Your job or profession - there is something UNIQUE about the way you do what you do to make a living that accounts for why you are able to create income for yourself by that activity. Look and see what that is; as you are an expert at that!

* Your various roles in life - you assume many roles in life during the normal coarse of your participating in the Human Experience. Such roles as lover, partner, parent, child, sibling, member, etc., etc, etc. (too many to list here). In any of these roles, you perform them in a way that is UNIQUE and different than anyone else who plays these roles. And that UNIQUE way is your special skill or well-informed knowledge in/ for that particular role.

* Your passion for some interest you have - yes, even just areas of your life that you may merely have an interest or passionate feeling for, but which you may not necessarily be "doing" anything, are fields in which you are also a likely expert because of whatever UNIQUE insights or viewpoints you may get or give from/to them.

Now the above are, of coarse, but just a few of the many areas in which you are truly an expert: and the only obstacle that may be in the way of your acceptance of this truth would be any resistance you may have to it. Such resistance might be in the form of you minimizing the importance or value of your expertise. Please do not make that mistake, as you rob the rest of the world of a gift you might otherwise share and bless the world with and you cut yourself off from the flood of good which, by virtue of Universal Law, floods back to you in response to your choice to enter the flow of Giving, Which Is The Very Nature of This Great Universe in Which we all share Existence as Parts of but One Great Infinite Consciousness.
