Justin Bieber was recently interviewed, at his "Never Say Never" premiere, by Jason Kennedy of E! Online. The 16-year-old was asked if he brought a "hot date" with him. Bieber said he wanted the night to be about him and his movie, which premieres on Valentine's Day.

Later, Bieber was asked if he's dating Selena Gomez,18. Bieber looked Kennedy in the eyes and said, "She's one of my best friends." However, his "best friend" was at the event as well, wearing the same color. Bieber wore a purple velvet sports coat that looked fabulous on him, and Selena wore a sexy purple dress.

Bieber made it clear to Kennedy that he wants to keep his dating business private. However, we know that never works. The media watches celebrities like hawks, and the tabloids have their own sneaky ways of getting at the truth. If Justin Bieber and Selena Gomez want to kiss, they better do it in private - alone, with the door closed.

Of course, Justin Bieber and Selena Gomez romance photos have already made their way into the headlines. There's a photo of the two teens getting romantic in the Caribbean, as shown at TMZ. The Bieb even has his hand on Gomez's butt. Recently, the two could be seen holding hands in Santa Monica on Super Bowl Sunday, as shown at MTV.
