Are Online Casinos Rigged?

Everyone Has Heard This Story Once or More, Now Lets Get Down to the Nitty Gritty

Jason Freeden
I have gambled online before. I know hundreds of people that do it too, even for a living. But there are some people that play so often that they lose there shirt.

These people tend to reload there accounts and play for more while trying to break even. They lose again and they are double in the hole, so what do they do? They Deposit double the amount and continue to try and break even.

A lot of people believe that Online Gambling is rigged. It is what the Pros say "if you can't hold the cards then don't play." I for one have seen some pretty fishy stuff online, but then again there are a lot of possibilities why that is happening. I will discuss why and how people can possibly change the outcome of gambling online.

First off gambling is a form of entertainment. Only do it if you have the money to back you, and that you enjoy it. Casinos are an addicting way to go into debt, but can also be the success of your future.

It all comes down to luck at some point in time but online? Some people believe online casinos favor the newcomers. When a newcomer deposits $1000.00, and they play for a few hours they start winning up a storm, then a few days later they start getting cold.

Some people believe after you win a lot of money and you cash out, the cards start getting cold right after you cash out so they online casinos can get there money back.

There are a bunch of excuses people believe to be true, but truly nobody actually knows. I have been pretty successful at gambling online but like I said before have seen some pretty fishy stuff.

You ask yourself... "How do online casinos shuffle cards?" Well casinos use a method known as Random Number Generation and what that means is they input the amount of possibilities into a line of code and the outcome allows the cards to be distributed Randomly. Whether this is true or not we will not know, but sites prove that these so called "generators" are tested by professionals and the gambling commission so you have to trust them.

Just a few words of advice, if you are playing poker online just know when to hold em and know when to fold em. That is the bottom line. Have fun and of course be safe and secure.

    (Part 2)

With the technological advances we have in our society today, I am pretty sure a fixed online casino is as easy as a phone call to a programmer and website designer away. My advice is, go to a nearby casino. Don't let these electronics get the better of you.

My source of this would be my long experiences with casinos, sports, horses, gamblings, etc.

I have read every comment in this article and I want to acknowledge everyone that stated that won in the beginning and lost after they started playing more. The same thing happened to me, I tested the waters of the online casino by betting small amounts such as $5-$10 and easily ended up with $200 after a few minutes with long winning streaks. After I cashed out and logged back on the next day, I had $200 to spare and blow it off from the winnings. I came up with a method that would reduce my losings with a statistical probabilty -
    Step 1) Bet $5
Step 2) If lost $5, double up to $10
Step 3) If lost $10, double up to $20
Step 4) If lost $20, double up to $40
and so on until I lose $320
-By using this method I had 7 chances to redeem ALL OF MY LOSSES with just ONE WIN.

I lost all 7 times in a row. My hands got worst as I betted more towards the doubling up. On top of that, I went ahead and did the method until i lost $1,280 (9 times of losing in a row)

    With the technological

theres no way of proving to you for sure, but i am a seasoned blackjack player both online and in real casinos, and i can tell you from experience that the cards dealt to me in SOME online casinos are either rigged, or have a rigged outcome (i.e. your loss on that hand has been predetermined, if you have 20 against a dealers 6, the dealer will pull 21 because of the predetermination) hence randomness can not be involved. I dont believe all the online casinos are like this but some are for sure, I am certain of it.

For example, Canbet.com. How do you explain losing 8 (yes 8 in a row) when having 20 or 21, 4 of which were 20 against 4 to 6. when i reloaded i then lost another 8 in a row under similar circumstances so I immediately closed my account. Ive had bad runs at casinos but this was inexplicable and is almost impossible through random number generation.

    Hi there Carib!

08/10/2007The casinos are rigged and thats a fact. I know. I worked for an offshore site and I was paid to lie customers all games are random and fair. Think about it, these site makes millions off loses. When you become a member and start playing. You will always lose before you start winning. So in the longer run, when you get that big payout. You think you have won but when you look at it, you are only getting back some of what you have lost. Numbers aren't random, i had to deal with complaints all the time. All games are rigged. How else would they make the money to play the few 'winners'

Would you mind to tell us how exactly you had to lie customers about the games at online casino being random please?.
Were you an your mates actually rigging the games. Were not you?

appeared the following serioes of numbers:9,12,12,9,23,9,23
    All the time like that.......etc......
Please tell me a better online casino than Ladbrokes?.
Please stay away from these professionals CROOKS.
    Ladbrokes SCAMMERS/CHEATERS bastards!.
By the way:What is doing somebody working at Live Help at 3:00 o'clock in the morning?.
Taking bets?.RIGGED so corrupted,it is really revolting!.
I am pretty sure that is the operators, who avoid your bets and rigging the online Casino.

    Indeed.
Let me tell you that playing Roulette at online Ladbrokes is Disgusting. They must think that people are stupid or what?.This must be investatigated. They are making so much money with their RIGGED online CASINO.
I can imagine the operator MORON,who is rigging the Roulette at the other side of the line.
    Let me explain please:
There is a point where you win about £50/£100 then you lose all your money,if you log in again you still keep losing. The next day too.
Once I won £1000,next day I was playing Roulette and all the time losing, over and over...
These number appeared very often:9,9,9,19,19,9,16,16,9.Is this randomness?
    I do not think so.
    What about these ones:20,22,24,26,3,4,6
    And these ones,2,24,2,24,2,26.
There is somebody a MORON taking the PISS rigging the Roulette is such way.
No random generator number generates such logic series of numbers.
    And these ones:8,10,11,13,13,
    And these ones:36,35,34,32,30.
The other day I was betting in quite a lot of number, most of the ti

I agree they are rigged. I played one of the supposedly safe "Big 7", Intercasino. The first day I won on roulette just going Reds and Blacks. The account got suspended, I had to send them a bunch of paper work because they 'suspected' fraud. 2 days later they ok'd my account. I jump on Roulette, and guess what, lost every red and black bet. 9 red's in a row, straight away, no wins. You can't tell me that is co-incidence.

There is actually a difference between simulated randomness and actual randomness. The random number card game that simulate randomness know not to give a player two Aces of Hearts in the same hand but if you play ten games at once you may see one ace of heart in each of ten hands several times which is curious since getting that result as frequently with actual decks of cards does not seem to play out as often. I am suspicious about the random number generated generated games but cannot prove anything is wrong. How can randomness be simulated? It is by a random number generator. Actual decks of cards or dice don't exactly work the same way. Sometimes it seems that simulated random number generators produce better results than can be expected from real cards or dice but the computer generated casino games also have a house bias programed into them that bias means that less is paid out per bet than can be won back by any of the players and this part of the game is not simulated but
