Case in point. A Home Depot in California is the center of some scrutiny due to the fact of people hanging around outside the store soliciting their customers for work. Lets not forget that these people are also in the country illegally due to our improved border security. After Home Depot ask the people to leave the premises a group of people started protesting the fact that the store was being unfair to the immigrants.
Since when are we being unfair to some one who has crossed international borders illegally and has no residence or legitimate identification that allows them into the country. We have been called the land of opportunity for generations. That is fine. Lets remember this is a statement not a law. It is contradictory to say it is a felony to cross international borders illegally then turn around and have a local group or government represent the fact that a person may have inevitable rights towards being discriminated against. If you enter a country illegally it is safe to say you have no rights to be violated. I do not believe that one cent of tax dollar money from state or federal government should be wasted on defending the rights of illegal immigrants for rights they do not have.
Each country has rights that are defined to the citizens and nationals of that country and to say we need more money for border security and at the same time we defend immigrants against a land owners right to say who can enter or reside in or on their property is tearing a hole through the whole concept that we need to tighten border security.
It sends a message to the world that if you make it past the border we will let you reside at the cost of tax payers till we find a solution to what will happen to you.
It also sends a slap in the face to our military for the sacrifices they make every day to provide security to our country in the war on terrorism.
So we need to make our minds up to either strengthen the borders or strengthen our laws of deportation once some one enters illegally to the fact they are immediately sent back to their country of origin and that country should pay the cost of the deportation. Or just throw in the towel and let local and national rights activist groups take the wheel.
If we do not get this under control at all levels of government we will eventually see the increase in citizen unemployment as companies search for lower labor dollars, an increase in health care as tax dollars get spent to afford medical care for illegals, and a definite drop in nation wide moral in our government legal system to enforce laws to protect the rights of our citizens.

Excellent article Randy. Keep on talking loud and long.....You are totally right here...Great work...
Interesting article. Good luck Jacques.
Looking at the way your article was derated, it appears the infamous Derater is probably an illegal immigrant. I am running for the U.S. Presidency again in 2008, and part of my platform includes bringing our soldiers back from the Middle East so they can actually DO something about protecting our country by building a guarded wall at our southern border and start searches for illegals in this country. I am all in favor of immigrants coming to America, as long as they do it LEGALLY.
