Arizona Shooting: Madman or Political Statement?

During the past few days, I have been hearing left wing politicians and the "Main Stream Media" decrying the need to tone down hateful political rhetoric. This effort has been spearheaded by an Arizona Sheriff who claims who that the AZ shooting was instigated by hateful rhetoric from Sarah Palin, Sharon Angle and conservative radio and TV hosts such as Rush Limbaugh. However, when interviewed by Megan Kelly yesterday on FOX News, the sheriff said that he had know evidence to support his claim. He also said that he had no evidence that the AZ killer ever listened to Rush Limbaugh or other political talk shows.

This bizarre reaction to the AZ shootings begs the question: Why are they blaming the actions of a psychotic paranoid schizophrenic man on "so called" political hate speech? The reason is clear. The liberal strategy has always been to "silence opposing views" by demonizing their opposition.

There are many examples. They use false charges of racism to silence opponents of their socialistic agenda that includes welfare, food stamps, WIC and public housing. Opponents of Obama are routinely called racists without any evidence what-so-ever. They demonize opponents to the "global-warming agenda" by calling them knuckle-draggers and categorizing them with "flat-Earthers and "holocaust deniers". They use the same tactic to marginalize religious views of "purposeful creation" vs. "random creation" that is taught is universities. Those opposed to the "ground -zero mosque" and who fear Islamic terrorism are demonized as hateful "Islamaphobes". Those opposed to the gay agenda are intimidated and silenced by demonizing them as haters, bigots and ignorant people. Those who seek to crack down on illegal immigration are demonized as haters, bigots and xenophobes. They blame the "cruelty of capitalism" for the homeless vagrants that flood our cities despite the fact that most all homeless vagrants are incapable of holding a job due to mental illness, alcoholism and drug addiction. American homelessness has nothing to do with capitalism or the economy. Recessions and depressions DO NOT increase homelessness, yet the media focuses on the homeless problems during times of economic downturns.

The reaction to the AZ killings are no different. Liberal politicians and the MSM are using this tragedy to silence opposition to Obama-care and illegal immigration. To sum it up, the liberals are saying that ANYONE who opposes the liberal agenda is practicing hate-speech and they need to be silenced because it will result in violence. This manipulative tactic has been successfully used time and time again to push the gay agenda, socialism, global warming, affirmative action, racial quotas, etc. Hopefully, this time their manipulation is so obvious, that it will reveal them for who they really are.

Manipulators will find all sorts of excuses to avoid debate and methods to silence opposing views. Truth-seekers are eager to debate. This is why you rarely will hear liberals discussing the honest substance of any issue. Liberals do not debate in good faith. "Good faith" means: believing what you say and refraining from personal attacks. Liberals use subterfuge and dishonest deception in order to justify their agenda. They FEAR honest debate and informed people. They rely on misinformed emotional people to support their agenda. They despise talk radio and FOX News and honest political discourse because it informs people about "truths" that they wish to keep hidden..

The interviews of the AZ sheriff and many liberal politicians have been little more than emotional rants. When asked for evidence, the sheriff said that he has no evidence that talk radio and virulent discourse motivated the mass murder, but he expects that evidence will follow. Is it proper for a law enforcement officer to jump to conclusions without any evidence what-so-ever?

By the way, why didn't the liberals complain about the violent hate-speech against President Bush, Sarah Palin, Rush Limbaugh, Glenn Beck, Sean Hannity and many other conservatives? Do you know that they made a major motion picture about the assassination of President Bush? Liberals said that was not meant to incite violence, it was just "art".

IMHO, Passionate speech is a relief valve for anger, it lets of steam, it is not a catalyst for violence. However, making a movie about the assassination of a sitting president crosses the line IMHO. Of course if such a movie was made about Obama, it would be demonized as racist and inciting violence.

Liberals are showing themselves for who they are. I hope that people will notice.
