Enhance Your Sex Life and Boost Your Fertility

Aromatherapy has been used for thousand's of years to increase fertility and enhance libido in men and women alike. The term aromatherapy was coined by the French chemist, Rene-Maurice Gattefosse in the 1920's. Aromatherapy refers to the science and holistic therapy of blending and using essential oils to treat the body on both emotional and physical levels. Essential oils have both psychotherapeutic effects as well as physiological effects on the body and work through the olfactory and central nervous systems. The olfactory system directly links our sense of smell with the limbic system in the brain that controls emotions. Sexual problems can be aggravated and actually caused by underlying emotional problems or negative feelings. Both essential oils and the olfactory system working together can help our bodies connect our emotional feelings with our physical feelings. On a physiological level essential oils can heal and strengthen reproductive health, thus increasing fertility in those trying to conceive.

From sensuous massage and luxurious baths to creating an exotic atmosphere with candles and diffusers. Essential oils can set the stage for sexual satisfaction, longevity, increase fertility and boost reproductive health. As well as help with impotence, frigidity, premature ejaculation and other common sexual disorders.

Essential oils should always be purchased from a reputable health food store or retailer. High quality oils are best and not to be confused with fragrance oils, which are synthetic in nature and do not hold the healing properties of essential oils. The oils should be used with a carrier oil when using in direct contact with the skin. Essential oils should never, under any circumstances, be ingested or inserted internally and should never be applied to the genital or eye areas. Always be kept out of reach of children and pets. Caution is advised if you are pregnant or nursing and you should contact a qualified aromatherapist in assisting you with formulations under those circumstances.

For baths, use 20-30 drops of any combination of oils. To make a massage oil use 2 oz. of a carrier oil (like almond oil) and 15-20 drops essential oils. You can also add a few drops to a diffuser, candle or lamp ring to set the mood.
