On February 11, 2009, I made a deposit of 1,000 into my checkings account, which is with Golden1 Credit Union. As I put the deposit envelope into the walk-up ATM, in Victorville, the ATM malfunctioned and timed out keeping the envelope, and not crediting my account. I reported the malfunction to the teller inside the branch, who explained the ATM, was not serviced by the branch but by another company and I should contact my credit union to start an investigation. This I have done, still without any results to retrieve my envelope or credit to my account. It has been 11 days now without any results.I had considered online banking with Arrowhead, but if they can't get the ATM's functioning online banking must really be screwed.

Nice article. I'm still skeptical about online banking though, but I will check out their site. Thanks.
