The Main Street Gallery is located on Main Street in Groton, New York. From the outside, with its simple yet beautiful blue façade, to the many diverse artworks it features, The Main Street Gallery is perfect. Privately run, the gallery has solo, group and theme shows. Pat Rini Rohrer Gallery in Canandaigua is in a beautiful refurbished 1850s building. Open since 2003, the gallery exhibits ceramics, hand-blown glass, sculpture, jewelry and much more. The main thing about this gallery though is the Workshop program they run. Here, local artists teach various crafts to anyone who wants to learn all in a lovely airy studio at the back of the gallery. Open every day.71 South Main Street, Canandaigua, NY, 14424. Mill Art Center and Gallery is a non-profit and is in a three storey grist mill on the banks of the Honeoye Creek. The whole second floor is full of art galleries, classrooms and exhibit spaces, so offers everything for the art lover. You can also take classes in painting, jewelry, needle felting, pastels and more, and they have great classes for children and teenagers too. There are many art galleries all over the Finger Lakes area, and all are in beautiful locations. Finger Lakes is a wonderful place to see both beautiful art and nature at its most stunning.
