Artbeads - Company Review

There are many online beading stores. Some are better than others. One in particular, Artbeads, has become a favorite.

You know when you have experienced a great company that cares, it often times isn't because of the products, although they are great. It often times isn't because of the delivery service; however, that is great too because it is free. But often times it is what isn't said the company but what can be experienced that makes them great.

An order from Artbeads arrived and upon opening it, I got the sense of great care and attention to my order. The attention was in the little things, the details. My beads were individually bagged sorted beads that were labeled and wrapped in a beautiful purple tissue paper then sealed with a stylish sticker. All of which must have been packaged by hand with great care. This impressed me.

The company is celebrating their 10^th Anniversary in the year 2010. To celebrate they are passing the savings on to the customer all year long - what a celebration! Each week you will find ten new specials on popular items. Along with the specials, Artbeads will continue to offer incredible sales on beads and jewelry making supplies throughout the year.

Not only does Artbeads offer a variety of products, they also offer additional information through their website. There is a Learning Center section that offers tips, ideas, inspiration and help with color choices. You can also view instructional videos online that can help you with technique. And, you can participate in their online community, communicating, sharing and learning from other crafters interested in jewelry making. Their online gallery consists of creations made by their customers. You can submit your own creations and gain a bit of notoriety for yourself.
