Artemis Fowl: The Review

Your SIMPLE Guide to Artemis Fowl: Book 1

NASAmir
Artemis Fowl is one of the greatest series of books I have ever read! It actually is my favorite series of all time! But what makes it an awesome, magical, addicting series? Let's start with the first book and find out.

Artemis Fowl:

Author: Eoin Colfer

Country: Ireland

Genres: Young adult, fantasy

Pages: 280

Synopsis:

Artemis Fowl II is a twelve year old boy, son of an Irish crime lord, and a super-genius. He believes that fairies exist, and has tracked down a sprite posing as a healer and takes the Fairy holy book. He translates the book, and figures out that for fairies to restore their magic, they must take an acorn from an ancient oak near a river bend under the light of the full moon and bury it somewhere else. He determines many possible locations and stakes them out. He discovers Holly Short, of the LEP (Lower Elements Police) starting the ritual.

Of course, since he is a criminal mastermind, he kidnaps her, and the rest of the LEP are immediately aware of her disappearance, try to get her back. But, once again, since Artemis is a criminal mastermind, outsmarts them every time the LEP attempts to get her back. He says he wants one metric ton of 24-carat gold as a ransom.

I love this book; it is full of suspense, adventure, and even a little bit of humor (but you know that super-genius' hate any type of humor, especially sarcasm.) I say you MUST READ IT!! It is simply amazing!

Does Holly ever escape, does Artemis get his gold, and how does he even avoid the LEP's most thought-out plans, including time-freezes, shielding abilities, and even trolls! You'll just have to read to find out.

If you want me too review any other book, I would love to review it for you

. Thank you for reading my article.
