It is amazing to think that I have written 568 articles for Epinions.com over the past 10 years. 532 articles for Examiner.com, in the past 2 years, and now 600 for Associated Content in the past 3 years and 4 months.
People ask me "Where does the inspiration come from", and I tell them that I started writing long before this on other sites, perhaps you remember themestream.
I put a product in front of me that I have been using for awhile, and my head just fills with words, and I find that half an hour later, I have five to six hundred words. Len watching my fingers going, and is totally blown away by it. I am sure most of you reading this, do exactly the same as I do.
I am never lost when I am writing. Some people get 'writer's block', and I have no idea what that means. Well, yes I do but it has never happened to me.
I truly believe that if you enjoy what you are doing it will come naturally to you. One of the websites that I write for, keeps changing the format, the amount of pay we get, and took away a large part of what I loved writing about. This is the only site I sometimes struggle to write 2 articles a week. I am not going to give them my work, and not receive something back in return for it.
For any new writers that may be reading this, don't be disheartened if you only see pennies mounting up at the side of your page. Nothing comes without working for it, and in time those pennies with make dollars each month. As the months turn into years the amount will keep growing, and then you will receive a larger monthly payout.
None of us will get rich on it unless we make it a full time job, and I certainly don't have plans to do that. I want to come and write when I can, when I feel like it, and to share my love of writing with you all. I plan on being around another 3 years and 4 months, and write 600 more articles.
Thank you to all my friends here, that are an extension of my family.

Congratulations. This was very inspiring.
Congrats. I have a lot of articles to go back and catch up on. Like Tony, I have a lot of ideas, but I don't have the discipline to get them written. Cheers!
Congratulations!
That is a lot of articles, and hopefully a lot of income to go along with them. Very often with me the words just flow, but quite often it's at 5am when I am reluctant to get out of bed, and these articles don't always get written unfortunately. Having a full time job doesn't help, as does my uncanny ability to distract myself all the time. Looking forward to many more great articles from you.
You have a gift. Congratulations.
Congratulations, cheers :)
Excellent Susan. Congrats on the 600th. May there be many, many more.
You have done a great job. Just keep them coming.
