Article Writing - How to Write Quickly and Efficiently
Learn Here on Writing an Article Efficiently and Quickly as Possible
If you want to consider writing as a career, for beginners, work first on your English language. Why I regard English language as the number 1 tool in writing? Take a look at this instance. If you write with poor English, do you think everybody can understand you? If you are given a short paragraph to read and asked your comment at an instance, can you possibly give comment in just reading the paragraph one time, or care to read for about two or three times?
That is how English language important. The better you are at English the easier you can comprehend the thought, say you are given a paragraph, the easier you can grasp the subject. Now, what if you have higher English level, what it can do to your writing? Compared to those who are poor at English, the ones better can easily understand and express him/herself. He/She can easily write what his/her thoughts are. We're not yet talking about writing efficiently.
Now, if you are better at English then try reading a 500 words article. Can you possibly finish reading in just one minute without reading it again? If yes, then how about remembering everything you've read? If you are uncertain on it and want to read more for two or three times then you can nearly write quickly. If reading of more than three times, it's impossible for you to write quickly, perhaps efficiently but we're talking about writing quickly and efficiently.
The instances I have shown above are the factors in writing quickly and efficiently; quickly means you can write in just a couple of minutes, efficiently on the other hand, you can write logically with fine content without errors on grammar, etc. (writing that makes sense). One can write either quickly but not that efficient or efficiently but not that quick. But if you want to acquire both skills, below are the following things to master:
a.) If there's nothing wrong with your English language skill but have problem on remembering articles you've read, then always practice reading an article in 500-800 words at one time. If possible, limit your reading into 1-2 minutes then rewrite after. b.) This means that you have to rewrite what you've read; this is just like article writing. Believe it or not, article writing is always a rewriting process as you have to read one or two articles in similar topics before creating your own. Back to the topic, rewrite the article you've read in 500-800 words into 300-400 words. Rewriting is not a simple paraphrasing as you have you to understand the theme so you can create your own with similar content of the original, as what I've said, same as article writing. Practice this as your daily routine until you can write efficiently and quickly in 10-20 minutes.
