Soft brushes of color upon the canvas,
painting the hues in the sky above.
Blending the sunlight through the trees,
seeing through the artist's love.

Never stopping to view mistakes,
expression flowing so free.
Painting a quiet landscape,
where the artist would like to be.
Valleys emerging,
with fields so green,
painting a happy life,
in calm colors, for the views never seen.
Flowing through the mind,
into the artist's hands,
painting life upon the canvas,
expression of dreams that make no demands.
