As Our Financial Situations Get Worst Lottery Sales Continue to Rise

Everybody in America is struggling financially some kind of way. People are looking for quick solutions to their financial woes. One thing that people all over the U.S are flocking to in record number is state lotteries. Other than inheriting a fortune from a deceased wealthy family member this is one of the only legal ways to go from rags to riches over night. There is not an investment in existence that could provide you with a higher return. Where else can you spend one dollar with the earning potential of millions of dollars. Truthfully your odds of winning a lottery are actually less than you seeing an unidentified flying object landing your back yard. As the economy worsens lottery sales seem to increase.

People want and need to improve their financial situations. Many people are leaning toward lotteries. I believe that playing the lottery is not the answer because it may do more harm than good. If a person is spending an average of ten dollars a day playing the lottery they could take that same money and put it in either a Roth IRA or a mutual fund. At least you would be able to put your money to work for you. Now the lottery on the other hand, if your number does not fall you are just out of luck. In other words your money is gone down the drain. Occasionally I may play the lottery but unlike some people I am not obsessed with it. I have seen situations at a convenience store where someone spent twenty dollars on lottery tickets at put five dollars worth of gas in their vehicle. That is nonsense! I believe that many of these people who work for state lotteries are constantly coming up with ingenious ways to play on the vulnerability of people who are having financial difficulties. Lotteries in some cases are placing people who are seeking quick riches in more debt. Many people are neglecting financial obligations to play lotteries.

The economy is forcing people to look for other ways to improve their financial situations. Many people look to lotteries as quick solutions to financial problems. Lotteries have been able to get some people out of financial difficulties but they have hurt more people than they have helped. Lotteries have made some peoples financial hard times even worst.
