ASH RIDGE, OH - Family music and variety entertainment returns to Ash Ridge once more as The Brothers & Co. Entertainers Country Music Variety Show takes the stage at the all new Ash Ridge Jamboree beginning at 7PM on Saturday July 10th. Located in the Ash Ridge School at 9917 SR 62, 30 minutes south of Hillsboro, doors open at 6:30 p.m. and the show starts at 7. Tickets for the evening's entertainment are $8 per person.

Gary and Audrey Haas of Winchester, Ohio own the old Ash Ridge School where the show will be held the first and third Saturday of each month. "We bought it mainly to use as a place to refinish antique cars," Haas said. "We had a show in the gym for a while and people really enjoyed it so we decided to try it again." To give the show a unique flavor and family-friendly value, Haas chose The Brothers & Co. Entertainers to get things started back in November to a standing room only house. Refreshments are available and, in addition to theater seating, limited table seating is also available.

Formed in 1995 by two sets of brothers from the Dayton area, the history of The Brothers & Co. Entertainers actually dates back to 1919 when John Sutton and his brothers played in the Lawrence County band. Today, Sutton's grandsons, Gery L. Deer, Gary Deer, Jr., and Ed Jones, continue the musical family traditions along with close family friend, Jim Karns, performing a variety of music from country to oldies. The formal western costuming of the group is a tribute to their family and musical heritage.

Nicknamed, "The Boys in Black," The Brothers & Co. are a favorite on stages all around the Midwest including The Paint Valley Jamboree in Bainbridge, Ohio. Their repertoire includes songs by The Statler Brothers, John Denver, the Everly Brothers and many original pieces.

In addition to rich, four-part harmonies, The Brothers & Co. Entertainers' family-oriented show includes interactive variety and comedy routines. Award-winning classic magic by bass singer Jim Karns, of Fairborn will leave audiences speechless and the whip artistry of America's Got Talent feature performer and pianist Gery L. Deer of Jamestown is internationally known. Guitarist and song writer Ed Jones and lead singer and drummer Gary Deer, Jr. complete the quartet's unique sound.

"Our show is unique and has something for all ages and tastes," said The Brothers & Co. Entertainers pianist, writer and performer Gery L. Deer. "We have put a modern spin on an old style of entertainment." Fans have enjoyed this unique group all over the tri-state for more than 15 years.

The band's popularity and unusual adventures aboard their tour bus nicknamed, "Noah's Ark," have spawned a series of stories called "The Adventures of The Brothers & Co." which are available to read free online at the group's website, www.thebrothersandcompany.com. Podcasts, videos and music samples are also downloadable.
