Ford Edelmen Designs (FED:ACE) Interim CEO Ashleigh Wade posted FED(ACE) financials yesterday, and stated that a dividend would be declared by the end of the day on November 18th.
"This month was a bit of a sales challenge, however we should be back up and running by the end of the month," Wade stated in the official press release.
After posting a one time L$0.03 dividend in May, 2008, FED(ACE) has consistently paid L$0.01 per share each month since relisting on the Ancapistan Captial Exchange (ACE).
FED(ACE) has recently endured wild shifts in share value, largely due to an illiquid market for the company. In the last 30 days the most shares sold in one day was 1000 (two times), with 11 days with no volume, and the 30 day rolling daily volume average in the neighborhood of 131 shares.
After posting a loss of L$5, 376 during the month of October, and paying out L$10,000 in dividends, FED(ACE)'s loss for October was L$15,376. The trading value at the close of business October 31st was L$2.99, and the Net Asset Value per share was L$.99. FED(ACE) closed November 17th, on a total volume of 2 shares, for L$1.00. There was no share volume the day before.
