Ashley Greene Nude Photo Scandal: Does the Vicious Circle of Sex Photos Never End?

The Ashley Greene nude photo scandal is turning out to be quite a big deal. But the question is, will it be as big of a deal as, say, Vanessa Hudgens' nude photo scandal, or Erin Andrews' big peephole video blunder?

Yesterday, Perez Hilton reportedly posted several Ashley Greene nude photos, and was promptly instructed to take them down. He evidently did so, but there are a few floating around the internet still that Ashley's lawyers haven't yet found.

It seems Ashley Greene's photos are worthy or more than just an "oops." Her lawyers are already taking legal action against whoever posts the photos, claiming that as the rightful owner of the photos, Ashley Greene maintains the sole rights of distribution. While I'm sure it's quite true, the legalese here is almost laughable considering not too many bloggers are all that cognizant or caring of such laws when it comes to posting on the internet.

What I would like to know is exactly when these photos surfaced. A week ago? A month ago? Someone hung onto them until just the right time, it seems. The right time was a couple days ago, when Ashley Greene was nominated for and won the 2009 Kids Choice Fresh Face Award. By definition, this almost makes her a role model amongst young children.

Is this the kind of role model you want for your little girl? Miley Cyrus, another little starlet who graced the Kids Choice Awards and has in the past been promoted as a role model for youngsters, opted for a Britney-esque pole dance that sent several parents home scratching their heads. It doesn't surprise me, but you would think a girl supposedly so heavily influenced by her father would be getting a little more direction in her life. Looks like she, too, could be headed for a heavy fall.

If you're looking for a role model for your children, I think it's best you no longer even consider celebrities. Just when you begin to think maybe they're all right after all, someone digs up something from history that proves otherwise.

Ashley Greene's nude photos, supposedly taken when she was 19 years old, are voted NSFW, by the way. That means you shouldn't be searching for them if you're at work, otherwise your boss might not be too happy. Although, if he's been looking for them and finds you got a hold of them, he might be secretively appreciative to you. However, you might be disappointed. Most people who have supposedly seen the photos say she's not all that much to write home about. If her poor choice of clothing to the 2009 Kids Choice Awards was any indication, I have to agree.

Oh, and be careful searching for these photos, too. Just like Erin Andrews, sites often pop up promising nude pictures of celebrities and instead install a load of garbage onto your PC. Hackers take just as much advantage of a starlet's downfall that reporters do, so keep that in mind while you search.
