Ashley Greene, Vanessa Hudgens, and Channing Tatum Learn About Internet Porn the Hard Way

Rochelle Connery
Parents, now is a good time to start teaching your girls and boys that what they get caught on camera doing in their early lives may very well come back to haunt them later on, whether it be with spring break, college frat parties, you name it. Just ask Ashley Greene, whose naked pictures suspiciously leaked onto the internet a few days ago. Or Channing Tatum, star of the newly released G.I. Joe, whose strip-tease video taken at a club ten years ago recently surfaced onto the net as well.

Better still, ask Vanessa Hudgens, the recent target of Dane Cook's criticisms at the Teen Choice Awards. Rumbles of her naked photos are drawing new fire, especially with the premiere of her movie, Bandslam.

As for Ashley Greene, she and her attorneys have been suing anyone accused of posting the photos online. So you might want to take care in posting her pictures. If I were you, I wouldn't go surfing for them either. Just like Erin Andrews' peephole videos, they'll become virus bait for hackers.

So what do Ashley Greene, Channing Tatum, and Vanessa Hudgens all have in common? They all lacked incredible common sense at the time these pictures and videos were taken. Channing chose a career launcher that is shady and irreputable at best, and was a media bomb waiting to explode at some point in his life.

As for Ashley Greene and Vanessa Hudgens, their lapse in good judgment was less than acceptable, especially since they know they live in an age where photos go viral across the internet and phones can get hacked by even the most amateur hackers in the world. Just ask Paris Hilton about that one.

The unfortunate thing about these happenings, morally speaking, is that, while these episodes might put a small dent in their careers reputation-wise, these naked pictures and sleazy videos will only launch these stars into bigger popularity. Not only does it give them more exposure (pun intended), but it also gives them a bigger fan base. After all, we wouldn't be hearing about these photos nearly as much if people didn't actually want to see them.

So what can you learn from Ashley Greene, Vanessa Hudgens, and Channing Tatum? Always remain dressed in something whenever possible. Take extreme caution when you want to send sleazy pictures to your boyfriend or girlfriend, (and never do it over a cell phone - better yet, don't do it at all), and keep an eye on who you freely allow to take your pictures and video. Remember, as soon as a photo is snapped, you're no longer in control of what happens to it. Take a lesson from Ashley Greene; don't learn the hard way.

Perhaps, but others will use evidence like that to sabotage a political career, etc. A parent needs to be a parent first, and a friend second. Spanking a child so they don't jump through a table of glass is a better trade off in my opinion.
